HCR Privacy Policy
During the normal course of our operations, Human Capital Realisation Pty Ltd (“HCR”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects and handles various items of information. By necessity, some of this information is about people, and we are most conscientious to ensure that we handle this information in a responsible manner. This statement has been framed so as to be in accord with the intent of the National Privacy Principles, and describes how we handle personal information.
1. Collection
HCR collects information from a number of sources. This information is collected and stored in order for us to undertake our normal functions and activities.
2. Use and Disclosure
This information is used in our normal dealings with our various stakeholders, including the purpose of providing information about our products and services. We do not disclose personal information to any third party unless it is for a joint undertaking between the third party and ourselves.
3. Data Quality
HCR takes all reasonable steps to assure the quality of the data. Where we are informed of any inaccuracies we will take steps to correct those inaccuracies as soon as practicable.
4. Data Security
The data we hold is stored on a server(s) in a secure location, behind a firewall, and only accessible by authorised personnel.
5. Openness
Our objective is to hold the minimum amount of data we need to conduct our affairs. Our business is about servicing our clients, and providing information about our products and services.
6. Access and Correction
If a person wishes to see the details we have on record, we will provide such details once we have satisfied ourselves of the bona fides of that person’s identity.
7. Identifiers
HCR does not use identifiers that have been assigned by an agency.
8. Anonymity
If a person wishes to deal with us anonymously we will acquiesce where practicable.
9. Transborder Data Flows
We do not disclose personal information to any overseas party unless it is for a joint undertaking between the overseas party and ourselves and we have taken reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they subscribe to an equivalent privacy regime.
10. Sensitive Information
We do not collect sensitive information about individuals.
