What data can i show on my organisation chart?
The limit is only your imagination! You can bring data in from any source: This can be from your main HR information system (SAP, Peoplesoft, Ellipse, TechnologyOne, and any other HR information or management system that you have), PLUS you can add data from spreadsheets, databases, lists - anywhere your HR data is stored.

​And OrgPublisher automatically combines this data into your organisation charts.
How is my organisation chart kept up to date?
All you need to do is to set up an automated download from your data source, then each day (or each week, or each hour - whatever you need) OrgPublisher will use this data to refresh your organisation chart with any changes to your organisation and its people. The process is very simple and we provide full instructions, but our consultants can help you with this if you wish.

You can even set up a live connection to almost all HR
information databases!
What will my organisation chart look like?
Your organisation chart will have all your data presented in exactly the way you choose. OrgPublisher comes with many templates you can use out of the box, but you can change these - or create your own. All colours, styles, formatting is under your control, and you receive full training from our specialist consultants.

In addition, you can also use 'conditional formatting' on your organisation chart. This is quick and easy to set up and it means that your organisation chart can highlight important attributes in your data. For example, your contingent workforce (contractors) can be shown in a different colour from permanent employees. Or areas of the organisation that are over budget could be shown in red. You are limited only by your imagination!
How can our executives, managers and employees view the organisation chart?
Your organisation chart can be shared across your whole organisation at no additional cost. It can be 'published' automatically to view on your intranet (HTML5 or other formats), or as printed PDF, clickable PDF, PowerPoint or more.

Your organisation chart is exactly as secure as you need it to be. You decide who sees what information and the security is in your hands. There are a wide range of security options available to you, and we provide full training in their configuration.
